For my Uncle Mark's 50th birthday we had an awesome surprise party! My favorite part was his reaction to his cake. I included his favorite things, his garden, fishing, and his dog. With a vanilla "lake" on the bottom and a chocolate "garden" on top, his cake was complete. The fisherman and dog were made from fondant and the garden was made using butter cream. I know he loved this cake as much as I loved making it.
