Jen is a returning customer and a long time friend of my sister's, who I love making cupcakes and cakes for her parties. This time she wanted some autumn themed cupcakes. I found this recipe from Betty Crocker's website (she has a plethora of baking, especially cupcake, ideas). The cupcakes were carrot cake (which smelled amazing as they baked) with a cream cheese icing. The leaves were chocolate and butterscotch swirled together for a perfect autumn colored cupcake. These looked so delicious!
